WAITLIST POLICY FOR FULLY BOOKED CLASSES
Where a class session is fully booked, members may choose to join the waitlist. The following terms apply:
Automatic Allocation of Available Places
If a place becomes available, the system may automatically allocate the space to the next eligible member on the waitlist. Upon allocation, the member will be automatically booked into the class and the required credit(s) will be deducted from a valid class pass. Where more than one valid pass is held, credits will be deducted from the pass with the earliest expiry date.Requirement to Hold a Valid Pass
Members remain responsible for ensuring they hold a valid class pass with sufficient available credits while on the waitlist. If, at the time a place becomes available, the member does not hold a valid pass or sufficient credits, the member will be automatically removed from the waitlist and the place will be offered to the next eligible member.Time Limit for Automatic Bookings
Automatic bookings from the waitlist will not be processed for classes scheduled to commence within 120 minutes of the start time. Any places that become available within this period may be released for manual booking at the studio’s discretion.Application of Cancellation Policy
Once a member is automatically booked from the waitlist, the booking shall be treated as confirmed and will be subject to the studio’s standard cancellation and no-show policies.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellations
Members must cancel bookings within the published cancellation timeframe in order to avoid charges or loss of credits. The applicable cancellation period will be clearly stated at the time of booking.No-Shows
A “no-show” occurs when a member fails to attend a booked class without cancelling within the required cancellation timeframe.Charges and Loss of Credit
In the event of a no-show:One (1) class credit will be deducted from the member’s valid pass; or
Where no valid pass or credit is available, a fee equivalent to the value of one (1) class credit may be charged.
This charge reflects a genuine estimate of the loss incurred due to the late cancellation or non-attendance.
Invoicing and Payment
Where a fee is payable, the studio may issue an invoice to the member. The member agrees to pay the invoiced amount within the stated payment period. Persistent non-payment may result in suspension of booking privileges until the balance is settled.Waitlist Bookings
Members who are automatically booked into a class from the waitlist are subject to the same cancellation and no-show terms as standard bookings.
