Our Beginners classes offer a gentle introduction to Reformer Pilates, focusing on the key movements and principles that build a strong foundation. These sessions move at an approachable, steady pace, ideal for first-time clients, those easing back in after an injury, or anyone who prefers a more supportive style of class.
Although created with beginners in mind, these classes welcome all levels. Even seasoned clients enjoy revisiting the fundamentals to refine their technique and reconnect with the basics. It’s a thoughtful, confidence-building way to strengthen your body and re-establish your practice.
It is recommended to complete a minimum of five beginner classes before progressing to all-levels classes.

These sessions are perfect for clients who feel confident with the basics and are ready to elevate their practice while still moving with intention and precision.

These sessions move at a stronger pace and incorporate complex combinations, deeper stability work, and advanced progressions. You’ll be guided through powerful, athletic sequences that demand control, endurance, and focus, creating a rewarding full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and accomplished.
