Not at all. Our classes are suitable for all levels, and our instructors offer guidance and options throughout. If you’re new, we recommend starting with the Intro to Pilates pass and booking beginner sessions to get the feel of movement and what is involved.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. This is a ladies only studio so we want you to be as comfortable as possible. Grip socks are a must for safety and hygiene and if you don’t have any, they can be purchased in the studio if needed.

We’re unable to accept walk-ins. All classes must be booked online in advance.
Same-day bookings are welcome, with the latest booking available up to 15 minutes before the session start time.

However, there is 2 hours free parking nearby in the Farmfoods and Lidl car parks next to the studio (please note that restrictions apply). Limited street parking may also be available in the surrounding area, with varying restrictions.
We recommend allowing a little extra time for your visit and checking local signage carefully. Müve Pilates can’t be held responsible for any parking tickets or fines incurred. We have at least 21 days in advance classes available to book on the booking system.
-
Please arrive on time for your booked class as in many cases we only have 5 minute switchover between classes. Please wait in the waiting area as there may be a previous class not yet finished. Please be respectful to other clients who may be in a class when you are in the waiting area and keep noise to a minimum.
-
Yes - When you enter the studio, there will be an iPad where you will be able to check in to your booked class.

You can cancel without incurring any charge or loss of credit if done prior than 12 hours of the booked session. We understand that things can come up, and we kindly ask that you give us at least 12 hours’ notice if you’re unable to attend.
Cancellations made after and within 12 hours of the class start time, or no-shows, will be charged as follows:
• Class Pass holders will lose one class credit

This helps us keep things fair and allows another client the opportunity to take your place.
